What to know how to play, what the game involves and who can play?
- How do I play?
On signing up you’ll receive a text message and email containing your unique game room link. Click the link on your phone, enter your name and away you go!
- Are there any pub stops?
Our games have pauses halfway through by a pub. You can then use that time to go off somewhere or grab a drink at the pub.
- Can we change the date we booked?
Yes! If you need to change the date, just message us via our contact form and we’ll rearrange it for you.
- Can we come back another day if it’s taking us a long time?
Yes! We don’t have time limits on our games. If the kids are getting tired, it’s a thunderstorm, or the apocalypse has started, just come back another day and you’ll be able to continue where you left off.
- Can we use multiple phones?
Yes! Our games support multiple phones at one time. All you need to do is forward the welcome text message to another person’s phone. They can then log in, enter their name, and off they go. If another team member gets the answer, your phones will notify you and move on to the next question.
- Do I need to download an app?
No! Our game is a web app – if your phone can view a website you can access our game!
- The game isn’t working with my phone
Our games work with the majority of modern phones. Please do try the following if you’re having issues:
- Change the phone browser (e.g. Chrome, Opera, Safari, Samsung)
- Forward the welcome text message to another player’s phone

- What if I get stuck on a question?
We have handy hints available – a text hint and a photo hint. But beware! The more hints you use the more penalties are added to your time!
