When can i play?

This trail is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM. Last entry to the museum is 4.30PM.

Church rules

  • Silence in the chapel (this is a place for people to pray).
  • No running
  • No Climbing
  • No Filming without prior signed permission
  • No photos can be taken of the All Saints choir
  • Dogs allowed on a lead (if noisy to be taken outside)
  • Children should be under close supervision
  • People are encouraged to buy from cafĂ© and not bring in their own food and drink

Museum rules

  • No food or drink
  • No running or climbing
  • Only assistance/support dogs
  • Rude/offensive behaviour to staff/volunteers will not be tolerated

I’ve forgotten my details

Your login details can be found in the text message sent to your phone, or in the registration email. If you’re unable to find either, then please email us at contact@gameofstonestreasurehunt.com or call 020 3745 5050.

I’m unable to login

Please double-check the credentials sent to you. Both your phone number and room code need to be entered exactly as per your registration email and welcome text message.

Can multiple phones login to one game at a time?

Yes! You can login to multiple phones using the same credentials. If one phone gets an answer correct every other phone will update (after a short delay).

What phones are supported?

Any modern mobile phone will be able to play Game of Stones (iPhone 7 equivalent and above). Older phones may be able to play, however we don’t actively support them. Using the most modern browser available on your phone will aid the experience.

Does the game use mobile data?

Yes. We’re always trying to optimise the experience so that you use as little data as possible. If you have a low data allowance (e.g. < 250MB), we would recommend playing on a phone with more data available.


How many scheduled stops are there?

All our games have stops around half way around the trail. The game will give you the option to stop. You can also continue at a later date.

Can we continue the game at a later date?

Yes, if for any reason you’re unable to finish the game then you can return at a later date. If you’re playing Where England Began please be aware that this trail is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM.

We’re stuck on a question

Please use the hint button, or enter “skip” to go to the next question. We recommend using the hints first, to get you on the right track. On using a “skip” the correct answer will be given alongside the next riddle.

The game isn’t working

We’ve had a game issue at a venue

Please call us on 020 3745 5050 if you have a negative experience at any venue.

The weather is really bad!

You can return to the game at a later date. Please note that the Where England Began trail is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 5PM.
